MPC's New VT Road Wheel

MPC has completed the launch of its new VT (Variable Traction) road wheel with its international debut in Cartagena, Colombia at the Pre-World's during February, 2007. Taking first place in the Senior Men's Marathon was no small task as Colombian Diego Rosero went on a solo break-away about half way through the race on Gold VTs and won by a significant margin over a strong field.
The VT is designed to be a harder wheel, yet skate like a softer wheel providing more grip and roll than other wheels while lasting longer. An added benefit of the MTECH technology is the comfortable ride it provides on rough surfaces enabling skaters to push hard without suffering from severe vibration (you'll still feel some, but not as much making the ride much more comfortable).
MPC is pleased to announce their selection as the official partner of the Rollerblade World Team and the Athleticum World Team. Look for these teams to be racing on MPC's best wheels this season!

MPC New Official Sponsor for Rollerblade

In 2007 Rollerblade had made the decision to find a new sponsor for the team's wheels. The new sponsor for the team will be the latest wheel manufacture MPC wheels. MPC wheels were worn last year at the World Championships by many athletes and won many World Titles including currently holding the World Record for the 200 metre time trial on the road for the men.
MPC have been around for many years now and are producing faster, longer lasting and more durable wheels for all skating surfaces. They are currently heading to the top of the ladder of the best wheels to buy on the market.
The Rollerblade World Team are extremely excited to be skating on MPC this year and are looking forward to the future they can build with MPC. It's very exciting to announce this new sponsor for the team and everyone is looking forward to have a much more successful year in 2007.
We will catch up with Paul and John from MPC to give us some inside into MPC as a company within the next few weeks so stay tuned.
